Deena Chaat Bhandar began in the late 1960s as a mobile stall in Luxa and now has a shop on Dashashwamedh Road, close to Kashi Chat Bhandar. Locals argue over which of the two makes the better tamatar chaat; trying both on one evening is the sensible answer.

The tamatar chaat here is rich and tangy, finished with ghee and crushed namak pare. It is a vegetarian chaat shop, quick and inexpensive, and an easy stop on the walk back from the evening aarti.
