Tucked into a tiny lane in the old city on the way to Manikarnika Ghat, Blue Lassi has been making lassi for generations, plain and with fruit, served in clay kulhads.
It is small, often has a queue, and is a good pause on a walk through the lanes. Ask for a plain or a seasonal fruit lassi; they are thick enough to need the spoon they come with.
