On Ram Path opposite the Hanuman Garhi crossing, about 200 metres from the Ram Janmabhoomi corridor, Dalmia's Saffron Vatika is a vegetarian family restaurant that bills itself as Ayodhya's fine-dining option.

It is clean, moderately priced and close to everything, a good choice for a celebratory meal or for older relatives who want a quiet, comfortable room.
